G3 Prime is a small, senior team by design. We don't have layers of management or internal bureaucracy. You work directly with clients, make real decisions, and see the impact of your work within weeks, not quarters.

We operate as a collective, not a hierarchy. Every consultant has a voice in how we take on work, how we deliver it, and how we grow the business. When we win an engagement, it's because one of our people was the best fit — and they know it, because they were part of the conversation from the start.

Growth at G3 Prime

A clear path from executing to leading. Every level is earned through demonstrated impact, not tenure.

LEVEL 1

Associate Consultant

You execute deliverables within a structured engagement. You're embedded in a client team under the guidance of a senior consultant, building your domain expertise and learning how G3 Prime operates. Typical tenure: 1-2 years.

LEVEL 2

Consultant

You own a workstream end-to-end. You interface directly with client stakeholders, manage your own deliverables, and contribute to engagement strategy. You're trusted to operate independently with periodic check-ins. Typical tenure: 2-3 years.

LEVEL 3

Senior Consultant

You lead engagements. You define the approach, manage the client relationship, and take accountability for outcomes. You mentor junior team members and contribute to business development. Typical tenure: 2-4 years.

LEVEL 4

Principal

You shape the firm. You bring in new clients, define service offerings, and set the standard for delivery quality. You represent G3 Prime at the leadership table and have significant influence over the direction of the business.

Market-rate salary plus a profit-sharing model that rewards engagement outcomes, not billable hours.

Flexible working

Remote-first with co-working allowance. We care about outcomes, not where your desk is. Most client work happens on-site 2-3 days per week.

30 vacation days

Standard for all positions. We don't track half-days or police your calendar.

Annual budget for certifications, conferences, and training. We'll fund anything that makes you better at what you do.

MacBook Pro, external displays, peripherals — whatever you need to do your best work.
